qnaads.com accepts payments only through credit cards which are processed by paypal. When an advertiser wants refund of added funds, the advertiser must send a request to the administrator by writing to admin@qnaads.com Funds that are used by way of advertising will not be refunded. And funds that are allocated to fund an ad will not be refunded while the ad is running or is in process for approval. When an advertiser email the administrator for refunds, the refund will not be done to the credit card and the refund will be done through paypal to the email address registered by the advertiser registered with qnaads.com. Refund will not be done to any other email address. Not all funds remaining with Qnaads.com will be refunded. Only 84% of the remaining funds will be refunded.

For example, if an advertiser adds 200 US Dollars and spends 100 USDs on advertising, and requests refunds, only 84 USD of the remaining 100 USDs will be refunded.
