QnAads.com will send you an email if you have ads to answer.
In QnAads, each ad posted is a contest in itself.
Once an ad is ready, QnAads will post the ad in QnAads.com for eligible members and will send emails to all members eligible to answer the ad.
Eligible members are the members whom the advertisers target.
Advertisers can target members by city or state etc
The first five members who answer every contest (every ad is a contest) will be selected as the winners of the contest.
The members who invited the contest winners (Tier I invitors) will also get part of the contest money.
And the members who invited them (Tier II invitors) will also get part of the contest money.
Hence, a total of 15 members share the contest money.
The total contest money will be equally shared by those 15 members (5 members who come and answer first, the 5 members (Tier I invitors) who invite them and the 5 members (Tier II invitors) who invite them.
If there is no invitor for any member, the amount that goes to invitor will be held by QnAads.com and will not be given to any member.
Each ad will be live for seven days.
The winners will be announced after two to three working days after the completion of the ad. That is, ten days approximately after the ad is announced.
Since the first five members who answer an ad are the winners of the contest, the winners of the contest/ad shall be known in a few minutes after the ad is posted.
But however, since the contest amount will be decided only after the ad expires, the winners and amount won will be announced only after a few days after the ad expires.
For sample and promotional ads too, the winners will be announced only after few days after the ad expires. This is done to keep sample and promotional ads on par with ads posted by advertisers.
For sample and promotional ads, the total contest money will be a fixed Rs.150 for all ads.
That is, Rs.10 for each of the 15 members involved. (5 early bees, 5 members who invited the early bees and 5 members who invited them)
For ads given by advertisers, the total contest money will be equal to the amount earned by the members by way of answering ads for that ad/contest.
That is, if an ad by advertiser is answered correctly by X number of members after admin sends mails to Y number of members; and if each member is credited Rs.1 for answering the ad, then Rs.X is the amount earned my members for the ad. And that amount shall be the total prize amount for an ad/contest. And that amount shall be divided into 15 for distribution to members of QnAads for the contest.
The earnings made by answering ads is calculated and maintained separately from earnings made in contests. As of now, they can not be mingled.
The earnings made by answering ads can be redeemed using paypal or flipkart.com e-gift vouchers. For earnings made by answering ads, once the earnings reaches Rs.50, members can redeem via flipkart.com e-gift vouchers. Or, if the earnings reaches Rs.200, members can redeem via paypal.
The earnings made in contests and by way of inviting contest winners can be redeemed only using flipkart.com e-gift vouchers. Once the amount reaches Rs.200, members can redeem via flipkart.com e-gift voucher. QnAads.com does not pay by paypal or cheque for amount earned by way of contests & inviting contest winners.
Using flipkart.com e-gift vouchers, members can shop online in flipkart.com.
Shopping in flipkart.com may be subject to flipkart.com terms and conditions.
QnAads.com is responsible only upto sending an e-gift voucher via email to the contest winners after you redeem.
Members must use the vouchers carefully as per flipkart.com rules and regulations.
According to flipkart.com website, as of 3-september-2010, e-gift vouchers expire on one year from the date of purchase.
Hence, for example, if you request a redemption by way of flipkart.com vouchers on 10th of september, and if the admin of QnAads.com buys the e-gift voucher from flipkart.com on 15th of september and sends an email to the member on 19th of september containing the details of the e-gift voucher, 15th is the date of purchase of the voucher and members must use the voucher well in advance such a way they don’t face any problems.
Tax for all types of earnings made via QnAads.com including contest money, earnings made by inviting contest winners and earnings by answering should be paid by the members. QnAads.com does not pay or collect any taxes on behalf of members.
